Directions:

• From GA 400, take Exit #15.
• Head West at the end of the Exit ramp, into the City of Cumming.
• Take a right onto Dahlonega Street (by the Forsyth County Administration Building).
• Travel approximately a half mile.
• Take a right into the Corporate Square office complex, a series of white brick buildings with black trim.
• The office is in the second building from the left, Building 351.
• Enter the door marked "B" and take the stairs up to the second floor.
